All three superpowers are controlled, for the moment, by autocrats with varying degrees of stength in their holds on power.

China, President Xi shows no apparent sign of a challenge to his power.

Russia, President Putin seems to be taking extreme security precautions to prevent/forestall a coup as his Glorious Seven-Day Special Military Operation to subjugate Ukraine is into its fifth year.

America, President Trump is battling obvious senility, as his Glorious Three-Week War to subjugate Iran is in its fourth month. His party may lose control of the Congress in November. But maybe not. He may use his paramilitary DHS forces to overturn the election, as he tried to do with an unoffical militia in 2020.

Maybe things will improve and the globe will slow its slide toward autokracy/kleptocracy.

But I shall not bet on it.

The capitalist gods of Goggle have locked me out for four years.

But now I am able to get back in.

When one considers where this world is heading, I am not sure that this is any better. The Americans, in particular, have become even more insane in ways that I did not foresee in the previous decade. I cannot say as much about the Russians, as the people have no voice. It has become a totalitarian and imperialistic state in the model of Nazi Germany. And China is no better.

With all three major powers led by narcissistic, greedy fools, the rest of this century will likely be very bad, indeed. For it will be generations before anyone trusts any of those countries.
